About the Journal

Mafatiha: Jurnal Studi Islam is a scientific journal that bridges religious doctrine with contemporary dynamics through four main focus areas: Islamic Education integrating spiritual values with modern skills, Islamic Economics as equitable financial solutions, Shariah and Islamic Law via maslahah-oriented contemporary ijtihad, and Islamic Thought bridging classical traditions (turats) with modern discourse based on monotheism.

Frequency: Published biannually in June and December, with its inaugural issue launched in June 2026.

Languages: Accepts manuscripts written in Indonesian and English.

Open Access: All content is freely available without charge to individuals or institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles for lawful purposes without seeking prior permission from the publisher or author.
